We are the place to go for meat lovers, offering Sardinian delicacies like certified suckling pig. For some years now we have been offering a range of fine Sardinian and Italian meats.
We cook our suckling pig before our customers' very eyes, on the spit and for several hours, adding nothing more than salt and a few myrtle leaves when it's cooked. Combined with the heat of the meat, these flavourings unleash essences that bring the taste to a pitch.
We also offer starters made with products from growing Sardinian businesses. Our first courses, which are almost all Sardinian pastas, made by ourselves or artisan producers, complete a rich menu based on local products.
If you feel like exploring the produce of Sardinia's crystal waters, you can try raw seafood starters, tartare steaks, seafood first courses and fresh fish, depending on availability and fishing season.
The lobsters, spider crabs and other live seafood in our tank are a certainty of freshness and authenticity.
