Starters from sea and land (ham, pork and lamb sausages, cold pork meats, cheeses, ricotta, bottarga, octopus salad, fresh raw seafood), traditional first courses (chiusoni, ravioli, culurgiones and other pastas with seafood), second courses grilled before your very eyes (suckling pig, lamb sausage, Sardinian and Italian meat, fish, prawns, lobster), all complemented by wonderful Sardinian wines.
